Our specially-trained team performs quality checks on your items before they are shipped. This is to ensure that no defective items are sent to you. However, if you do receive a defective/damaged product, we are happy to accept returns/exchanges.
Please write to customercare@rmkv.com clearly mentioning why you’d like to return/exchange your item. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging, and the price tags are intact. Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date your receive the product. Please note that products such as petticoats and blouses may not be returned. RmKV silks will not refund the onward and return courier charges.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by case-basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
