Shopping Questions

You can register by simply setting up an email address and a password. Sign in to view what is already in your shopping cart. You can also opt to sign in using social media log in
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on ‘Forgot password ’ and you will be redirected to an email where you can reset your password.
Log on to our website and click on ‘My Account’ to change your personal details or shipping address.
You may opt to pay using Credit card , Debit card and Net Banking . If you are facing any difficulty in completing your transaction, do reach out to us!
During the payment process you will be given a confirmation that your credit card has been successfully processed. You will also be given an order confirmation number through an email or through WhatsApp (where opted) from RmKV.
You can view your order status at any time once you have placed your order, through My Orders options after logging in to your RmKV account on RmKV website. We try and dispatch all the orders from our warehouse within two working days.
We do not store credit card information on our website. Your credit card information is safe with our payment solution providers – Razor Pay.
We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. we will notify you through mail when an out of stock item becomes available which would allow you to place a new order for this product.

Shipping Questions

We ship worldwide.
Shipping cost is calibrated based on the volumetric weight and pin code or the zip code of your shipping address. Upon selection of the items, the shipping costs would show separately. For international orders, an additional Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) may be levied if the shipping address is defined by the carrier as a remote area.
An estimated delivery time for each product is mentioned on every product page. Please check the delivery time period while you proceed to checkout, as each product varies. We are not responsible for delays caused by destination custom clearances. However, once you have placed your order, we can give you information on the tracking of your items by simply clicking on ‘Track my orders’ on the ‘My Account page’. You will be able to view the date your item is in process to the date of shipment to the date of your item being in the process of delivery.
If you pay by credit or debit cards, you will be charged immediately after your order is placed successfully
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.

Billing & Payment Questions

Once you have retuned an item, RmKV will be running through an inspection of the garment. If there has been any kind of damage or stained, we will not be able to accept the return .However, if the garment is damage free, we will provide you with the amount paid for the garment.
Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order through our secured payment gateway. (an online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway)
In order for us to successfully process your credit card, you must provide the billing address which is used for your credit card.
