A silk saree naturally dyed in the colour of the year: Mocha Mousse. This rich, earthy hue is achieved through an artisanal blend of betel nut and catechu, forming a striking monotone canvas with understated elegance. Gliding across this mocha expanse are motifs of the Tancho, the revered Japanese crane, woven in shimmering silver zari. Each bird is depicted in graceful motion, their poised forms and outstretched wings captured in lifelike detail, creating a fluid narrative that begins at the pallu and sweeps seamlessly into the body. The borders are adorned with Seigaiha wave motifs, symbols of fortune, meticulously woven in silver zari. Fine bands of golden zari above and below add a touch of brilliance, subtly guiding the eye along the drape. A tribute to the poetic spirit of the Tancho, this saree embodies longevity, fidelity, and timeless beauty in every thread. This saree was conceptualised, designed and woven by RmKV master weavers.
